Telegram is the community layer of MathOS. It hosts real-time discussion, the official Mission Commander, the canonical FAQ responder, account verification, Telegram Tasks (where supported), and proactive editorial publications from @MM72token/@MM72community.

The Mission Commander is deterministic. It answers commands, direct mentions, replies to its own messages, and — inside the group — messages with a high-confidence match to a canonical FAQ intent. It does not free-form chat, does not answer ambiguous messages, and fails closed on unknown questions.
